Worthing Food & Drink Festival returns with food, fun, and free entertainment for all
Worthing’s much-loved Food & Drink Festival is back on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 September 2025, promising a vibrant weekend of flavour, family fun, and live entertainment along the town’s stunning seafront.
The free festival is one of Worthing’s biggest annual highlights, attracting thousands of visitors each year. With a bustling mix of food stalls, artisan producers, street food, and drinks, there will be plenty to taste and discover, from locally made bakes to craft gins and international street flavours.
This year’s festival offers something for everyone, including a demo kitchen packed with live cooking demonstrations, from inspiring local chefs to interactive sessions and crowd favourites such as the chilli-eating contest. Visitors can also enjoy live music and entertainers throughout the weekend, a special pub quiz with Worthing’s own Dave Hunt, and Regency Radio broadcasting live from the festival all weekend. Families, children and dogs are all welcome, making it the perfect day out by the sea.
Hannah Manzaroli, Worthing’s Town Centre Manager and festival organiser, said:
“We’re really proud of the fantastic selection of restaurants, cafés and producers we have here – Worthing is a true foodie heaven, and this festival is our chance to showcase that. It’s the biggest free food festival in the South, all organised by Worthing BID, and it brings thousands of people into the town to enjoy everything we have to offer. We love Worthing, and this event is a brilliant celebration of our community.”
The Worthing Food & Drink Festival takes place on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 September 2025 across Worthing’s town centre and seafront. Entry is completely free.
