Adur & Worthing Councils is changing its opening hours to reduce call waiting times and provide a better service to residents that need to speak to them. From Monday 19th February 2024 the councils’ customer service opening hours will be changing to 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday with a one-hour closure between 1pm and 2pm every day.
